In a world full of big and small personal and global conflicts, we look for wisdom and practical tools to deal with conflict in a beneficial, positive and helpful way. Tibetan Buddhism offers a range of proven tools for this and shows how we can train ourselves to use these tools in difficult situations in our daily lives. In his lecture, Geshe Lhakdor will demonstrate the strength and wisdom of patience and enthusiastic perseverance.
Geshe Lhakdor has previously lectured at Jewel Heart and is highly appreciated for his clear, straightforward way of teaching Tibetan Buddhist insights. He has been director of The Library of Tibetan Works and Archives since 2005 and directs the Science and Education Project and Science for Monks Program. In addition, he has contributed to various publications of the Dalai Lama and has translated several of them into English.
